The developers of the mixed-use Towson Row development plan to talk about their project during an event Friday morning that’s being called a “site debut.”
Towson-based Caves Valley Partners is planning Towson Row: a 24-story apartment building, a 24-story student housing building, a 17-story building with offices and a parking garage, a 170-room hotel, a 55,000-square-foot Whole Foods grocery and more than 60,000 square feet of restaurants and shops.
The property is located near the intersection of York Road and Towsontown Boulevard. Caves Valley began demolishing the existing buildings on the site in the spring.
